Product Manager
Own product strategy for a VR/web/desktop training platform, aligning the roadmap with corporate strategy. Lead a 9-person interdisciplinary engineering team across release planning, backlog prioritization, and QA. Manage strategic accounts including Deutsche Bahn and HOCHTIEF, presenting progress at management level.
Managing Director & Product Lead
Held full responsibility for product, engineering, and operations. Scaled the development team from 2 to 9 and cut development time per training module by ~50% through process and tooling improvements. Drove sales together with the co-managing director until building a dedicated sales structure, and led the company through its acquisition by HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions.
Project Manager & Team Lead Development
Planned and steered all client and development projects, introducing structured epic and milestone planning. Prioritized internal and external requirements and led the development team, including technical architecture decisions.
Junior Software Developer
Built interactive first-person scenarios in Unity (C#) and developed the core interaction systems that became the technical foundation of the product.
